If you have an issue, please contact us through eBay first before leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day. 

Because iMaxPricesLLC provides customers unbeatable prices with low margins, we must take a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money. If the item is in used or any other condition other than how we shipped it, order is subject to up to 50% deduction.

Return shipment cost is free if a defect is proven. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund.  Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.

Hello, when Fedex delivers and requires a signature, they will attempt to deliver 3 times and then hold it at your nearest Fedex store for pickup. As far as adding delivery instructions, I see the tracking the same way you do. eBay is the shipper because they buy the label on my behalf. I am not able to make changes. I hope that makes sense.
