Mellis or B. Brown to serve as proxies at the Annual General Meeting, which has been signed by John Lennon in felt tipped pen. The Brian Epstein Autograph is photocopied onto this contract. Python Music Limited was a subsidiary publishing company under the Beatles' Apple Corps Limited umbrella. The contract measures 33 x 21.6 cm The condition of the contract is very good + with some slight wear in the corners
