• Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied and must not have been fitted, modified, or damaged.
• Any item that has been installed or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If an item is received faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately before attempting installation.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• Items must not be fitted or used before reporting faults, as this may void return eligibility.

6. Delivery and Inspection

• Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may affect any claim for transit damage.
