HAND COLLATED 1983 TOPPS BASEBALL COMPLETE SET 792 CARDS SEE PICTURES I purchased and opened a few Grocery Store Rack Pack Cases to put together sets back in 1983-84. Other than the Tiffany Sets Hand Collated were about the only way you could assembled sets. Most dealers used Vending boxes to make sets. I was selling racks at shows so it was my best option at the time. So these have been in storage put away for over 40 years and have not gone from dealer to dealer. Other than putting a few cards in sleeves I have not even touched the set since putting them together. We make no claim of condition and all cards are sold as it.
