พระสมเด็จปรกโพธิ์พิมพ์คะแนนนี้ จัดสร้างด้วยกัน 2 พิมพ์คือพิมพ์หลังยันต์ตื้นและหลังยันต์ลึก พิมพ์หลังยันต์ตื้น..มีเนื้อเกสรเนื้อเดียว สร้างประมาณ 3 หมื่นองค์ พิมพ์หลังยันต์ลึก มีเนื้อเกสรและเนื้อใบลาน เนื้อเกสรสร้างประมาณ 1200 องค์ ส่วนเนื้อใบลานสร้างเพียง 300 องค์เท่านั้น
