• Has Advertising for Fox Prescription Specialist Cor. Brighton Blvd & Ridge Ave Phone 163 Zanesville, O on the front. 
  
• It was made by the Knox Glass Co in Pennsylvania and has the K in a Chevron symbol and a 2 embossed on the bottom
• Has the measurements for ounces embossed on one side and cc's on the other, 
• Not perfect.  I tried to show condition in the photos but it's possible that I could have missed something. 
• Imperfections that I noticed include but may not be limited to  some staining / residue on the inside. Scratches.  
• I do feel a small chip or flea bite on the rim that is difficult to see.       
• Volume is 3 oz. It measures approximate/y  5 x  1 /2  x 2 x 1 1/4   inches.
