Peter Pan figure, about 5 1/4” tall.  It’s stamped Alexander on the back of his head.  Some type of cloth material for his clothes and hat, the body is plastic or vinyl.  Arms, legs, and head are movable and eyes close when he is laid back.  Please see all scans and ask any questions.
