Vintage E-Z Magic “Devil’s Napkin” professional magician’s prop manufactured/distributed by D. Robbins & Company, Inc., 127 West 17th Street, New York.

This is the classic gimmicked magician’s cloth used to vanish, produce, or switch objects. The colorful green, purple, black and yellow plaid napkin contains a concealed pocket and hidden corner indicators that allow the performer to secretly control the gimmick.

The original instruction sheet suggests everything from vanishing a deck of cards or rice to changing money and producing other objects—a wonderful piece of mid-century working magician apparatus.

Condition: Vintage used condition. Cloth remains attractive with expected signs of handling/use. Paper instruction sheet has age toning, stains, edge wear and small losses/tears.
