Schwinn used this style of low-rise handlebar on many of their 1960’s and 1970’s 26-inch and 24-inch middleweight and lightweight coaster brake and 3-speed model bicycles.

The approximate measurements are; from tip to tip 23-inches and high rise height 4.5-inches.
