This is a working Zubadan PUHZ-HW140VHA2-BS Heat Pump Other parts will be made available on ebay from another unit as well on my listings from another unit which had failed
This was used for a swimming pool alongside another unit but barely used - It was only used intermittently at a family holiday home - You will see there is general aging but this is because its been sat outside in the elements all year round
Looks ropey but I haven't cleaned this unit in any way
This can be used for home, office, business, warehouse etc uses -
Heating Radiators, Under floor heating, Spas, Pools, Hot Tubs etc
Low operational costs - 14Kw Heating output when used continuously uses
Approx 5KW
Please be aware for start up the breaker should be motor rated for 35 amps - This is only for start up - Once operational & settled this will go down to a maximum of 21 amps

For the money if someone doesn't buy this for the asking price I will install this to my own home system - A gas boiler is only approx 90 % efficient - A Electric Element Boiler is 99-100% efficient - A Heat Pump unit like this is Will give you 14Kw of heat for 5Kw of power going in which is nearly 300% efficiency
Please use a plumber or installer that understands how these systems work - These have a in built heat exchanger system - But whatever the unit feeds into, also has to be compliant so that the heat exchanges quickly so the unit is not shutting down unnecessarily.
Usually a heat exchange cyclinder - Underfloor heating operates at lower temperatures so should not be fed directly from this unit without being part of a separate system to prevent back / high pressure on the heat exchanger - As mentioned please use a qualified engineer to fit this unit to your existing system to prevent operational problems
