This auction is for one complete pallet of mixed customer return goods.
All items are sold exactly as received, without any sorting, inspection, testing or refurbishment.
General Information
All items should be considered used customer returns. No items have been tested or inspected, unless specifically stated otherwise. Electrical items are untested and may or may not be in working condition. Items may be new, used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts or accessories, have cosmetic defects, require cleaning, repair or refurbishment. Complete sets are not guaranteed. We cannot confirm the authenticity of any branded items included within the pallet. Any sizes or specifications shown on packaging or within the listing are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Pallet Contents
The photographs form part of this listing and show the actual pallet being sold.
Once the listing has been created:
Nothing is removed from the pallet. Nothing is added to the pallet. No items are exchanged or replaced.
The winning bidder receives everything contained within the pallet at the time of collection, including:
all items; loose items; damaged items; all packaging materials; the cardboard Gaylord box (where applicable); the wooden pallet itself.
The pallet is sold as one complete lot only. Individual items cannot be selected or removed.
Viewing
Buyers are welcome to inspect the pallet before collection or delivery by prior appointment.
Once the pallet has been collected or delivered, no claims regarding condition, completeness or contents will be accepted.
Collection
Collection is by appointment only.
The winning bidder must collect the pallet within 72 hours of the auction ending.
Sundays are not included when calculating the 72-hour collection period.
Collection hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: Closed
The buyer must collect the entire pallet, including the Gaylord box, packaging materials and the pallet itself.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Greater Manchester only, strictly by prior arrangement.
Delivery is not included in the auction price and is charged separately.
If delivery is required, the buyer must:
Visit our warehouse in person. Inspect the pallet before delivery. Confirm they are satisfied with its condition and contents. Pay an agreed delivery deposit (or the full delivery charge) before transport is arranged.
Delivery will not be arranged unless these conditions have been met.
Returns & Warranty
Due to the nature of liquidation and customer return stock:
No returns accepted. No exchanges. No partial refunds. No warranty or guarantee is provided.
All goods are sold “AS IS” and “SOLD AS SEEN.”
Disclaimer
By placing a bid, the buyer confirms that they:
have carefully read the full description; have reviewed all photographs; understand they are purchasing an untested customer returns pallet; accept that some or all items may be faulty, damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for their intended purpose; are purchasing entirely at their own risk.
Once the pallet has been collected or handed to the buyer or their chosen courier, all responsibility and risk transfers to the buyer, including responsibility for transport, storage, use and resale of the goods.
The seller makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
functionality; completeness; condition; manufacturer specifications; suitability for any particular purpose; resale value.
The seller accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, costs or expenses arising from the purchase, transportation, repair, use or resale of any items contained within the pallet.
Failure to Collect
If the pallet is not collected within 72 hours of the auction ending (unless otherwise agreed in writing), the seller reserves the right to:
cancel the sale; relist the pallet; retain any deposit paid (where applicable); charge reasonable storage fees where agreed.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing a bid on this auction, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all of the above terms and conditions in full.
