Important Notice Regarding U.S. Import Duties (Effective August 29, 2025)

Due to the repeal of the U.S. de minimis rule (previously exempting imports under USD 800), all shipments to the United States may now be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of value.

eBay has adopted DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as the default shipping condition for SpeedPAK and related services, meaning that duties and taxes are prepaid by the seller at the time of checkout, and the buyer does not need to make any additional payments upon delivery.
