Pattern Condition Guide 🐈

We take great pride in accurately describing the condition of every clothing, cross-stitch, and quilting pattern we sell.

• New Patterns: 99% of our cross-stitch and quilting patterns are brand new and unused.

• Pre-Owned Patterns: Most used patterns have been carefully ironed and placed in individual protective cellophane bags. We try to make sure all of the patterns are in very good condition, with the exception of rare or vintage items (any wear on vintage items will be detailed in the description).

Shipping & Packaging

• Safe Delivery: Items are packaged with extra care to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please message us with a photo so we can assist you immediately.

• Fast Dispatch: We ship six days a week via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking.

• Shipping Discounts: We offer combined shipping discounts to keep your costs low. If you need expedited shipping, please message us before purchasing so we can adjust the invoice.

• Address Changes: Per eBay policy, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please update your delivery address or add an alternate recipient in your eBay account before completing your purchase.
