Published by the renowned Maeght Éditeur in Paris, this is an original Derrière Le Miroir No. 192 devoted to Valerio Adami, issued in 1973 as a signed, numbered limited edition. This example is hand signed by Adami on the justification page and numbered 57 from an edition of only 150.

Unlike a standard exhibition catalog, this deluxe edition contains multiple original lithographs printed by the legendary Atelier Mourlot/Maeght workshops, including vibrant full-page and dramatic double-page compositions that showcase Adami’s bold graphic style. Several lithographic sheets are printed on both sides, exactly as issued by the publisher.

The portfolio is complete with its original illustrated wrapper, orange cloth-covered chemise, and matching slipcase bearing the Maeght label. Rich, saturated colors remain bright and fresh, making this an exceptional example for collectors of postwar European art, Derrière Le Miroir publications, and Maeght editions.

Condition:

Very good vintage condition. Signed and numbered justification page present. Original wrapper, chemise, and slipcase included. Interior pages are clean with bright colors and no noted writing or repairs. Minor shelf wear and light handling wear to the outer slipcase consistent with age. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
