An authentic Tiffany & Co. sterling silver multi-strand mesh heart necklace in near mint pre-owned condition. From my personal collection, it was gently stored in the presentation tray pictured and then in a Tiffany & Co. signature box.  

This elegant vintage Tiffany design features multiple sterling silver mesh strands with a graceful open heart centerpiece and classic toggle closure.

The sterling silver is bright, the mesh strands are smooth and well maintained, and there are no noticeable scratches or condition issues.
