1. Due to the introduction of new rules and tariffs for Israel Post delivery, effective July 1, 2026, the cost of postal services has changed: - for untraceable parcels up to 100 grams - the cost of delivery to countries in Europe and Asia has become $12 (for larger parcels, the cost is adjusted according to Israel Post tariffs). For registered mail, only Eco and EMS shipping is available. The rate for Eco shipping (for letters up to 100 grams) is $20. The cost of EMS shipping is determined for each region.

2. Effective July 2026, customs regulations for importing goods into the EU have changed - an additional tax of 3 euros is charged for each product category for purchases up to 100 euros. This tax is paid by buyers from EU countries and is added to the shipping cost.

3. For buyers from the United States, due to the introduction of a 12% customs duty on all commercial purchases starting in August 2025 (philately sold on eBay is considered merchandise, not a personal collection, and is subject to tax), shipping to the United States is only possible with the buyer's consent, with the shipping cost increased by the amount of the customs duty. The seller pays the customs duty directly to the Israeli Post Office when processing the shipment.

These duties increase the cost of the goods for the buyer, but the seller cannot bear financial losses due to government policies regarding postal rates and customs regulations.
