4 port StarTech KVM switch with (3) SVUSB2N1_6 device cables (each supports mouse, keyboard, VGA)
Cables also work with switches from Aten, Belkin, TrippLite, C2G,and IOGear.
No AC adapter included but it's usually not needed to operate as power will come from the USB connection.

If you need a 4th device cable I can get an additional one easy enough.
