This is a brass Gamblers Anonymous recovery medallion chip token medal. III for 3 years in the center on the front. On the reverse, the Serenity Prayer.  It is 1 5/16" (34mm) in diameter.  It's new, sealed in a plastic pouch.  Please use the scanned images to make your own grading judgment.  This would be a nice gift or addition to a collection.
