Vivid gold in color. On the nose, sweet, gentle vanilla harmonises with a faint hint of coastal smoke. On the palate, soft white fruits and lemon drizzle cake mingle with oat biscuits and smoked cheese, creating a warm, deep flavour. The finish is long, with lingering notes of burnt sugar and soft oak.
