All the records I am selling have been play tested both
sides,
If they don’t come up to a standard I would be happy with
I don’t sell them, I try to grade as if I were buying them and what I would
expect when I receive them, if they have faults I will note them down so the
buyer will we aware of what they should expect when receiving them from me so
please be assured if I say it plays excellent or perfect that is what I feel it
is and what you should expect as the buyer.
Many of the records I as selling are 50 to 60 years old
and entitled to have wear and tear on them, again if I say it has marks but
plays well that is what you should expect to receive,
I will not sell anything that doesn’t come up to very good classification used by the professional record sellers, I am just an enthusiastic amateur so please allow me a bit of leniency if you think I am incorrect, I will always refund if you think I have misled you.
Please let me explain my feedback philosophy, when I but things I wait until they have arrived and then send feedback relevant to the service and accuracy of the description and quality etc. when I sell I wait until my buyer has received the goods and are happy with them and can send a feedback as they see fit to,
I have had so many people recently who do not bother to send a feedback, my philosophy now is if you can't be bothered then why should I, makes sense doesn't it ?
Cheers,
Graham
