Please allow 1-3mm tolerance due to manual measurement.
Rock image processing(Sublimation):
A. Print the photo on the transfer paper. ( The printer must be Epson Printer, and Sublimation ink is special ink.)
B. Stick the paper and stone with anti-temperature tape.
C. Transfer the photo from paper onto the rock with tile press.
Usages:
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 350℉ - 400℉ (170℃ - 200℃)
Time: 6-8 Minutes
Pressure: Medium
(Test in your heat press machine for accurate time and temperature)
- Put on gloves and take out the frame, tear off the membrane on the surface
- Print images in reverse
- Place in heat press with transfer on bottom, and secure with thermal tape
- Cover with silicone heating pad
- Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
- After pressing, remove paper immediately.
Notes:
- For crisp, clear prints on your slate, avoid blurry or unfocused artwork. We suggest using images with a resolution of at least 2000 pixels.
- For uniform heat distribution during sublimation, we strongly recommend using a silicone heat pad.
Attention:
Hand-coated slate blanks may have tiny black specks on the coating—this is a normal handmade feature, not a flaw, in this situation, please perform a transfer test.

We have different warehouses in California & Georgia & Illinois in US and Support Local Pick-up.If you visit our Showroom in California, you will get 50% discount for first material Pickup order within $1000.
Process of Local Pickup :
1. You will get your pickup number and address after payment.2. We need to prepare your package in advance. So it is better to make an appointment before your visit.
