Mounting notes

When using the P2302T12:

  • Insert the 12 mm Corning-Costar Transwell into the slider.
  • The Transwell hanging support/rim must be cut away before mounting.
  • Dry the slider surfaces before inserting it into the chamber to ensure a proper seal.
  • Use only light clamping pressure in the chamber to avoid deforming the membrane and affecting electrical measurements
