A dark purple velvet with blue sparkles in a floral pattern fitted cut out open back peplum 40s style blouse top made by Scott McClintock. Crew neckline and long puffy sleeves. Back peplum has a slit at the bottom.
Made in the USA of imported fabric. Made of 67% Acetate and 33% Nylon. Dry clean only.

Vintage sizes may not correlate with modern sizes. Heck, modern sizes mean nothing anymore! It is recommended that you know your own measurements (bust, waist, hip) and compare those to the item's listed measurements. Be sure to add an inch or two for freedom of movement. It may also help to compare the listing's measurements to a similar item that you already own. A measuring tape is your best friend when collecting vintage clothing. I never go shopping without one anymore.
