A Beautifully Mounted Marble Plaque in Gesso Frame ~  After Edward William Wyon (1811 ~ 1885).
Highly decorative this wonderful sculptured marble plaque, is carved in deep relief with great detail and character. Mounted in an eleborate wooden gesso frame which enhances the age and beauty of this piece, it will be an elegant  addition to any interior. 
In very good condition with no damage to the marble roundel, the frame has some general age related wear ~ please view all photos they are part of the description.
