An Ornate Hand Painted Japanese Egg Shell Porcelain Tea Set.
This unusual 11 piece Yokohama export ware tea set was made between 1880~1920. All the pieces have lavish hand decoration with snow covered mountains and pagodas in rural settings. Each has gold accents on rims and handles, and the lids have pretty blue chrysanthamum flower finials.
In overall very good condition with some age related wear, one cup has been repaired, the repair is barely visible, see all photos for condition.
