KEF PSW2000 Amplifier Module – Spares or Repair

Removed from a KEF PSW2000 subwoofer. The module powers on, but there is no audio output, so it is sold strictly as spares or repair.

The PCB is clean with minimal sealant, and does not show the usual adhesive‑related corrosion seen on many KEF PSW series amps.

Note: A previous buyer who repaired a PSW2010 amp has helpfully observed from my photos that two of the output transistors appear to be non‑original replacements. This may relate to the “powers, but no audio” fault.

Condition: • Powers on • No audio output • Clean PCB, minimal sealant • Two output transistors appear non‑original • All connectors and wiring intact
