It seems someone has re riveted this rear derailleur B-Pivot body, also there is lots of play about anywhere in the derailleur this probably will effect the quality of the function / 
Es scheint jemand hat das Stück vom B-Gelenk neu angenietet, außerdem hat das Schaltwerk so ziemlich überall ziemlich viel Spiel so dass es vermutlich die Qualität der Funktion beeinflussen wird
