Handling time is 5-7 business days. Shipped from Tokyo, Japan with tracking. For the United States, import duty is prepaid by us (DDP) and is already included in the price you pay - there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For the EU, orders under EUR 150 are shipped DDP. Orders over EUR 150 and all other countries are shipped DDU, so any duty or tax charged by your country is the buyer's responsibility.
Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery. We pay return shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
