Delivery, payment and collection

 

All purchases must be paid for within 4 days of the item ending. If purchases are to be collected this must be within 10 days of purchasing items - unless stated otherwise.

Collection can be made from Monday – Friday 10.00 am-4.00 pm (Bank Holidays excluded)

We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for all deliveries outside the UK. Please note that eBay will calculate import taxes, customs fees, and international postage at checkout. Unpaid for Items

 

If items are not paid for within 4 days of winning the bid - then the item will be cancelled and relisted on Ebay.

Items not collected within 10 days will be refunded and relisted unless agreed otherwise with the Saint Francis Hospice Online Team.

Proof of age identification will be required upon delivery for any knife or bladed item. These items cannot be collected in person.

 

We aim to dispatch all buyer purchases within 5 working days, once payment has been received.
