Economy mail and priority mail are not trackable and they may not arrive due to loss or theft.
And threfore the standard shipment is at the buyer's risk.
It is recommended to request registered mail, which is the best way.
The costs for registered shipment depends on the destination:
Within the Netherlands 10 dollars
Within Europe 15 dollars
Elsewhere 20 dollars
These costs replace the above mentioned shipping cost, also when multiple items are shipped.
This cost is valid for up to 2 kilogram, or up to 40 items.
For a total amount of $40 or for the following destinations registered mail is obligatory:
China, Ukraine, Thailand
Combining of items in one shipment is OK for the same auction, or for two subsequent auctions.
Otherwise separate invoices and shipments must be payed for, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment of won items is expected within 5 to 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipment occurs within 5 to 10 working days upon receipt of the payment.
