Vintage 1973 Marvel UK Spider-Man Comics Weekly Huge 29 Lot Issues 4-10 13-35
Items have been used/read/displayed then in storage for some time. The show signs of wear and tear such as marks, scrapes, creasing, maybe pages turned, some page browning, some of them have the name Wood on the cover (like newsagents used to do back in the day) despite these things there is still plenty of life left in them and still look great. Please study the photos to gauge condition for yourself, the photos form an important part of the description.
Vintage 1973 Marvel UK Spider-Man Comics Weekly Huge 29 Lot Issues 4-10 13-35
Here I have for sale an exceptional job lot of 29 original issues from the debut 1973 launch year of Marvel UK's Spider-Man Comics Weekly.
Launched by Marvel UK on February 10, 1973, Spider-Man Comics Weekly was a monumental publishing milestone that introduced British children to the Silver Age foundations of the Marvel Universe. Unlike standard American monthly comic books, these UK editions were printed as oversized, tabloid-sized newsprint magazines. Because the thin paper stock was highly fragile and intended to be read and thrown away, surviving runs like this are incredibly tough to find. Every issue features a split format: a lead Spider-Man story reprinting classic 1960s Stan Lee and Steve Ditko material, backed up by a silver-age Mighty Thor story
