LKQ Heavy Truck Parts is proud to offer you the absolute best prices and fastest service for all your Heavy Truck Parts needs. In order to keep our prices low, we require all buyers to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Immediate payment required via eBay for “Buy It Now” purchases.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, or APO and FPO military addresses.
• Anything shipped Freight (LTL), has to be to a commercial address.
• We cannot control your purchase to ensure that you stay within these guidelines. However, these aforementioned conditions are our necessary criteria for shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements, so please take a moment before purchasing our item(s) and make sure that you understand these guidelines. If you do not understand, please contact us.
• If a wrongful purchase is made, we will do anything we can to work with you to make the transaction go smoothly.

Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, it generally takes 1-2 business days to ready and ship items.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes!!! Before purchasing our item(s), please make sure that your eBay account has a confirmed physical address, or you personally supply us with a physical address to ship to.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back warranty on all of our new and rebuilt items! All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention. If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay.

Stock

It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally due to high demand, short supply or human error, we may be momentarily out. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days). If it is a used part, we may have alternatives and the ability to pull from 1 of our many locations.
