Our products will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment and delivered to you within 3-5 working days. Expedited 24 hour delivery option will be dispatched on the same day of payment (Monday to Friday) if the order is received before midday otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day to be with you within 24 hours. Due to the size and weight the delivery is priced per item even if going to the same address. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.
Although we make every effort to package the item so that it is delivered in the best condition possible, unfortunately there is the odd occasion that damage / neglect by the courier company occurs.
Please try to check the gate for damage before signing the delivery note, if damaged the best is to just refuse the delivery and then contact us as soon as possible. If you cannot check the goods, then sign as 'unchecked'.
Please do NOT use the auto return postage label generation on eBay. This will cost you money and does not work because eBay does not account for the size and weight of our products. Contact us directly if you want to return an item.

*Like any outdoor metal product, if the coating is scratched or chipped it will need to be touched up with suitable good quality paint, ideally with rust inhibiting properties. Nuts & bolts on the fittings must be painted after fitting. The whole gate will need to periodically be completely overpainted to ensure long life. This need for painting is determined by the owner because it is up to the owner to look after their own gate. There is no warranty on the gate coating. Any rusting is not concidered a warranty claim because it is up to the owner to look after their own gate.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Returns arranged by us on your behalf will be subject to charges which we are happy to discuss with you. Outbound postage is non-refundable.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and where possible in the original packaging. Please ensure it is fully covered with no bare metal showing as this may cause the courier to refuse the collection.
