This beautiful 1972 MG Midget Mk3 is the rare and sought after round wheel arch model. Finished in Blaze Red the car looks superb. It has had only 4 owners with the last lady owner keeping the car from 1987 till 2026 (39 years). AWS 801L was first registered 5th September 1972. Until recently the car had been in storage for many years and has in the last few months undergone a complete re-commissioning. The list of parts replaced or refurbished is to long to list but includes: Soft top hood, refurbed Rostyle wheels with new  matching set of 145/80/13 tyres, re-con gearbox, new clutch, regulator, dynamo, wiper arms, clutch master & slave, recon rad, number plates, carpets, door cards, seat covers, door furniture, etc. The engine has had a full service with new rotor, leads, dizzy cap, condenser, points, plugs, air filter, oil filter, oil change and fan belt. The carbs rebuilt and balanced. The chrome bumpers are good and there is also a pair of chrome door mirrors and a locking petrol cap. The interior has an inertia seat belt, Sports steering wheel, black with red trim carpets, door cards and seats. The hood is in very good condition and when down is covered by a hood tonneau. The boot is carpeted and the spare wheel has a nice cover. There is a small box with all the tools and a few spares. All in all a great little car that drives really well.
