FASHIONED OF A BLACK SILK THAT HAS A DULL SATIN FINISH WITH A TEXTURE FLOWER PATTERN THAT IS TRIMMED THROUGHOUT IN SHIIMMERING BLACK JET BEADING
BLACK SILK CHANTILLY LACE IS IN RUCHED GATHERS AROUND THE COLLAR AS WELL AS RUNNING DOWN THE FRONT CLOSURE AND TRIMMING THE REAR SIDE OF THE FLARED ARM HOLES AND ACROSS THE BACK WITH EACH ARM HAVING BLACK JET BEAD FRINGE DANGLES AND FINE SILK CHENILLE TASSELS AT EACH END
JET BEAD APPLIQUE DETAIL IS AT THE REAR SIDE ARM OPENINGS AS WELL AS EACH SIDE OF THE BUSTLE REAR WITH LARGE CHAINS OF DRAPING JET ACROSS THE BACK
INTERIOR IS LINED IN SILK WITH INNER BELTING HAVING THE NEW YORK LABEL, AS PICTURED
HOOK AND EYES CLOSE THE FRONT
CONDITION: THE INNER BELTING IS LOOSE, STITCHING HAS COME UNDONE AND IT IS PINNED IN PLACE
THE REAR LACE HAS SOME OXIDATION OF DISCOLORATION OF BROWN THAT IS SEEN ALONG THE LEFT SIDE AS WELL AS IN THE FOLDS OF THE BUSTLE AREA
I BELIEVE THAT THE NECKLINE WAS ORIGINALLY TRIMMED IN MATCHING JET AND CHENILLE TASSELS BUT ONLY FOUR STRANDS REMAIN AND I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE OR EVEN THEM OUT
