This lot of eight June 1912 prescriptions came from a  ledger page maintained by a pharmacy in Massachusetts

Heroin, Cocaine, Morphine, Codeine, Peacock's Bromides, Adrenaline, Strychnine & Quinine, and Aspirin

The Morphine scrip includes Hypno-Bromic Compound, which contained Cannabis Indica, Morphine, Henbane (Hyoscyamine, Atropine & Scopolamine) and sedative/hypnotics (Potassium Bromide, Chloral-Hydrate).

According to The Journal of the American Medical Association in 1920, each ounce of H.K.Wampole & Co.'s Hypno-Bromic Compound contained approximately:

• Cannabis indica – 1 grain
• Morphine – ¼ grain
• Potassium bromide – 48 grains
• Hyoscyamus – 1 grain
• Chloral hydrate – 96 grains 

  Hyocyamus = Henbane, which contains the alkaloids Hyoscyamine, Atropine & Scopolamine
