This dress was hard to measure so as it fit the dress form I have given you the dress form measurements. 

Center back neck to hem actual dress 60”

Dress form Bust/chest around at the armpit total 37 1/2”

Dress form Waist around total 29”

Dress form Hip around total 39”.
