This is a FANTASTIC, Custom design face plate on a vintage 1950’s Kodak Brownie London series camera taking 620 film. This camera has a special faceplate (the face plate is not original, designed or originally printed by Kodak). This camera from an art series “Cameras that could have been” has a modern faceplate that was printed on metal with a vintage 1950-60’s looking pattern look to resemble a Red color London double decker bus with a deco/funky orange, teal, off-white swirl design … It is very unique with great color and visuals and the camera looks to work as well.
This camera comes exactly as shown; the Faceplate is Great with NO scuffing and very nice printing color and detail. The camera body and metal shows paint wear/patina/rust. The shutter works properly, The finder is viewable in both horizontal and vertical positions with some minor mirror crazing/haze.. The lens has no scratches, no fungus, with light dust. The camera has a built in yellow filter that shows some haze.
This is a WoW looking camera that is truly unique!!!
