The CNC engraving machine must be connected to a computer via its Box controller with a parallel cable (both supplied).

It is not recommended to connect a laptop via a parallel connector, as power-saving functions tend to disrupt the flow of data.

Also, due to problems with the Parrallel port driver, it is not recommended to connect to a 64-bit Windows computer.
