You probably would be able to rub them lightly with fine sand paper or wire wool and oil/wax them to conceal them if they bothered you that much (I take no Responsibility if it goes wrong!! )
I have zoomed them in so you can see them clearly that makes them seem worse than they are as I’m fussy.
The guitar is very presentable at a glance.
