They are Georgian / Victorian in style. They date from the mid 20th century, probably around the 1960s. They have been hand polished recently, so they really look the business. While not originals they do have age and are fantastic heavy quality. In my opinion these are every bit as good as authentic ones. When fitted nobody would know they are only 60 years old rather than 160 years old. They would look absolutely in keeping with a Georgian or Victorian house. 

The pair come complete with their spindle and are ready to fit straightaway. No cleaning or tinkering needed. They weigh 600g, excluding the spindle. 

Frankly I can’t praise them enough. Whoever decides to buy them will not be disappointed.
