Installation Manual
1. When installing the chain, chain wheel and sprocket should be kept in the same straight line.
2. After Carburetor and Throttle Cable have been installed，Turn the Throttle to check whether carburetor is working correctly.
3. Installing Clutch cable: hold the clutch handle then spin the rear wheel of bicycle and check if it spins normally. Release the clutch handle, the wheel should stop spinning.
4. Adjusting the Chain tightness: Tighten up the chain, apply force to press the chain downward, the sagging down height within 0.5~1cm is considered ideal.
5. Spark plug, muffler, carburetor installation: Tighten all bolts
6. Check all wires are connected properly.
NOTE!
Not suitable for bikes with front frame wider than 50mm.
Always wear a suitable helmet when riding. Not suggested for night use. If unavoidable, please make sure adequate lighting system is operating at night.
