This premier edition Traks set was distributed in 15-card packs with 30 packs per box in late 1991. The set features the top Busch and Winston Cup drivers along with owners and other racing team members. Traks also included the first regular issue NASCAR card of Jeff Gordon (number 1). They were distributed through some of the television shopping channels. 1,000 sets were produced. Though this is not a complete set there are 24 packs of 15 and 1 pack of 6 cards giving you 366 cards. I notice that there are duplicates within these packs so be prepared to use some of these cards for trades with your card collecting friends.

The top of the box states that this set could include; Dale Earnhardt, Ricky Rudd, Ernie Irvan, Alan Kulwicki, Harry Gant, Richard Petty, Mark Martin, Kyle Petty, Rusty Wallace, Davey Allison, Cale Yarborough, Michael Waltrip, Morgan Shephard and more! I noticed many of these cards as I was counting them but I did not confirm that all of them are in the set.

I know that the Jeff Gordan rookie card is in this set of NASCAR Trak race cards. For confirmation you can see this card in the photos accompanying this listing. These cards are in the original box but the box is in rather poor condition. There are 25 packs of cards in the box. 24 of them have 15 cards, as advertised on the box, 1 pack has only 6 cards. I am not an expert but the cards appear to be in good condition though the packets are open they have likely mostly stayed in the packets.
