This precious, vintage, pink, flowered little girls dress, with hat, was hand made. I do not know what size of pattern was used to make the dress but the measurements are as follows:

Chest size - 11" or 22' around

Waist size - 9" or 18" around

Shoulder to shoulder measures - 9"

Shoulder to hem measures - 16"

Waist to hem measures - 7"

This is hand sewn dress so I do not know the size but you can determine by the measurements whether it will fit your little girl. There are some hanging threads where the seamstress did not cut the thread at the end of her stitching.
