Well used but overall In decent preowned condition considering its age and use . There is wear to folder , pages .

Some of the pages are slightly lose , have small tears . Few pages have words written in it . ETC ETC (see photos)

I always do my best to list and describe items as accurately as possible, but occasionally, I may make a mistake..
