This is an original press photo. NORD service recalled. He was connected with NORD until June, 1950, and again from May, 1954 to November, 1957, serving as executive assistant director, secretary and public relations director at various times. He was secretary to the sanitation department from 1952 to 1954 and served as assistant city public relations director from 1950 to 1952. From Nov. 1, 1957 until Aug. 14, 1961, when Schiro appointed him public relations director, he served as executive secretary to the mayor. Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo is dated 02-03-1965.
