Hydraulic disc brake pad spacers will also fit between Avid, Clarks Clout 1, Shimano brake pads for transportation when removing wheels from Mountain MTB Gravel Hybrid Cyclocross or road bikes fitted with hydraulic brakes.

These brake pad spacers are designed to clip into the area between hydraulic brake pads so that when an ‘accidental’ pulling on of the brake lever(s) occurs (when a wheel is removed) it prevents the ‘closing in’ of the brake pads making it easier to put the wheels back in.
