Condition - Used/Good:  Item has been used and cover has signs of wear but it and its pages are in generally good condition.  Binding is tight like new.  No writing or highlighting on interior pages.  No rips or tears. One page has creases in it where the bookmark/ribbon has been laying for years.  Item is complete. See photos.
