If you need to return for refund or an exchange, please contact us within 5 working days after receiving the goods, tell us the details and send some pictures or videos for confirmation.

If the parcel that you received have the following issue: Missing parts or  pieces,Wrong item sent, Arrived Damaged, Not as described,Not working or defective and Not authentic, please send message to us before apply return or file a dispute. Please take some picture to us about the parts that your received and the shipping lable on the parcel box. We are willing to solve any problems caused by the product.
