New in its original box, we have for you a rare Blue Box Aviation Models McDonnell Douglas DC-10-40 in the colorful JALways Reso'cha special livery, registration JA8539, item number BBOXJALW06. This highly detailed 1:200 scale diecast model reproduces one of JALways' most recognizable promotional aircraft.

The Reso'cha ("Resort Charter") livery featured vibrant Hawaiian-inspired floral graphics and hummingbird artwork, promoting JALways' leisure travel services between Japan and Hawaii. The DC-10-40 was a flagship aircraft for these routes and remains an iconic tri-jet in commercial aviation history.

This model features detailed printing, accurate DC-10-40 engine configuration, realistic landing gear, and premium diecast construction. The aircraft remains in its original protective sleeve and foam packaging. The box shows only slight storage wear; please refer to photos.
